Simon and Lou Renouf
Well there are two words Creative Photography could use to describe Simon and Lou’s wedding day. Laughter and …… Paparazzi!
We have never seen so much laughter and so many keen photographers at one wedding, this was a hugely enjoyable wedding day amongst guests, many of which traveled over to Guernsey, with such a keeness for fun and photography. Creative Photography can certainly identify with that ;o)
Starting out at the St Pierre Park and with a wedding at the Town Church (which we might add guarantees you an instant rent a crowd) this was a truly memorable day. Confetti cannons, tears, shared jokes, fab friends and a bride who whips up the crowd in church. Lou you are a gem!
First stop was the bathing pools for their couple shots, for a perfect panorama with a magnificent blue sky, then on to the bluebell woods and it has to be said that Lou and Simon attracted more than their fair share of attention with passers by asking for their own photos and Mr and Mrs Renouf duly obliging…..
Back to the St Pierre Park for a reception where all the decorations were created by Lou, Simon and their family and friends, hats off to them it was a top job!! Ally will admit to (ahem) borrowing some of the quality street green triangles, purely in the interest of keeping up Mike’s calorie intake you understand. As you can see there were plenty of other uses these little green traingles were put to ;o)
Oh and check out Lou and Simon’s cake cutting. In the interest of safety please do not try and re-create this at home…..
Thank you both, this really was a fun filled day

Hi Mike & Ally
Once again some fantastic pictures. I love the black & white ones. The b&w one of the bride on the bed is stunning. Also love the ones taken on the bridge (day & night)and in the hotel grounds. Bluebell wood ones are great too. Another great day had by all i think. xxx
Brilliant pics, really captured the whole day, looked like a load of fun. My favourite, the green triangles!!
Thanks Mich and Sharon! The bridge pics were both taken at the same time, special night time setting :0) Yes, Green triangle a fab pic!!!
What a fantastic selection of photo’s. You’ve caught both the mood and fun of the day – and what a day!! I agree, the B & W shots are really atmospheric. I particularly like the ‘heavy gang’ macrching up (down?) the High Street – wouldn’t argue with them! Dan ‘the man’s’ entertaining speech at top table was also captured in way that couldn’t help but bring a smile and of course THE BRIDE (I’m biased of course) looked spectacular, along with the Bridesmaids . . . Thank you for such a professional job over the whole day.
